Our little burrito!Lucy Kate Emory was born on June 16, 2011 at 11:44 am! A huge answer to prayers, she came into the world via VBAC (vaginal birth after Cesarean). My labor couldn't have gone any more smoothly, and we are so thankful! I went into labor around 10:00 Wednesday night and by 3 am we were at the hospital and I was already 6-7 cm dilated. I got the heavenly epidural around 5 ish, but it didn't take full effect until 7 am! I was able to rest until a little after 11 when my nurse informed us that we were ready to push. 20 minutes later Lucy arrived as healthy as can be.
